What's included

4 deliverables in this treatment

  • InBody bioelectrical impedance scan
  • Detailed body composition report
  • Results synced to Super Young app
  • Brief results walkthrough with staff

Bioelectrical impedance body composition analysis using the InBody scanner. Provides a detailed breakdown of muscle mass by body segment, body fat percentage, visceral fat level, basal metabolic rate, total body water distribution, and skeletal muscle mass. Results sync to the Super Young app for tracking over time — a key baseline measurement for longevity and fitness goal setting.

About this treatment

The InBody scanner at Super Young uses multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure body composition in under 60 seconds. You stand on the device barefoot and hold the hand electrodes while electrical currents at multiple frequencies pass through your body. The scanner differentiates between muscle, fat, water, and bone to produce a comprehensive report.

The output includes: total body weight, skeletal muscle mass, body fat mass, body fat percentage, visceral fat level (the metabolically dangerous fat around organs), basal metabolic rate, segmental lean analysis (muscle mass in each arm, each leg, and trunk), and total body water distribution (intracellular vs extracellular).

InBody is not as precise as DEXA scanning (the gold standard for body composition) but is faster, non-invasive, radiation-free, and highly consistent for tracking changes over time — which is its primary value. When you scan monthly, the trend data reveals whether your training and nutrition are moving your body composition in the right direction.
