The hydrogen gold jacuzzi is the centrepiece of Studio Sante's claim as Europe's first Hydrogen SPA. The jacuzzi water is continuously infused with dissolved molecular hydrogen (H2) through a proprietary delivery system that maintains elevated H2 concentrations during bathing. Molecular hydrogen is a selective antioxidant that has been the subject of over 1,000 peer-reviewed studies examining its potential effects on oxidative stress, inflammation, and cellular signalling pathways. The mechanism of action proposed in hydrogen research centres on H2's ability to selectively neutralise hydroxyl radicals (OH-) and peroxynitrite (ONOO-) — the most cytotoxic reactive oxygen species — without scavenging the reactive species that serve important physiological signalling functions (such as nitric oxide and hydrogen peroxide). This selectivity distinguishes molecular hydrogen from broad-spectrum antioxidants and is a key reason for research interest. Whether bathing in hydrogen-enriched water delivers clinically meaningful concentrations is an active area of investigation. The jacuzzi itself is a large communal bath with jets, warm water, and a gold-toned interior that gives the installation its name. The bathing experience combines the hydrotherapy benefits of warm water immersion — hydrostatic pressure supporting the circulatory system, buoyancy relieving joint load, and warmth promoting vasodilation and muscle relaxation — with the facility's hydrogen concept. Sessions are self-paced, with guests entering and exiting the jacuzzi as part of their rotation through the sauna and pool zones. Access to the hydrogen jacuzzi is included in all sauna and pool entry passes — there is no separate fee. The most affordable access point is the weekday 1-hour pass at 40 PLN, though guests who want extended time in the jacuzzi alongside full use of the sauna zones may prefer the unlimited day pass at 200 PLN.
