Single 30-minute radial shock wave (RRV) treatment. Direct treatment delivery for clients on a known indication — used for trigger-point release, myofascial pain, and broad-area soft-tissue work.

Radial shock wave therapy (radiální rázová vlna, RRV) delivers ballistic acoustic pulses that disperse from a hand-held applicator across a wider, shallower tissue area than focused FRV. The energy density is highest at the skin surface and falls off with depth — making radial RRV the appropriate tool for surface or near-surface targets and broad muscular zones: trigger-point release, myofascial pain, calf and quadriceps tightness, IT-band issues, and large-area soft-tissue regeneration. Studio Náskok's radial protocol typically runs as a 5-session series, slightly longer than a focused FRV course, reflecting the lower per-session energy delivery and broader treatment area. Sessions are scheduled 5-7 days apart. Indications: chronic muscular pain (neck, shoulder, lower back), myofascial trigger points, IT-band syndrome, piriformis syndrome, calf tightness, plantar fasciitis (surface component), lateral epicondylitis (alongside FRV in some cases), and large-area scar tissue or fibrotic adhesions. Contraindications mirror focused shock wave: pregnancy, anti-coagulation (relative), active infection, malignancy in target area, pacemaker or recent steroid injection in the area.
