Studio Náskok's focused shock wave protocol typically runs as a series of 3-5 sessions spaced 5-7 days apart, with response measured between sessions. Who is this for?
Clients on a known indication (calcific shoulder tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy, etc.) who have already had the initial assessment and need follow-up treatment sessions individually rather than as a package.
Preparation required
Avoid NSAIDs for 48h before the session if possible (NSAIDs may dampen the inflammatory healing response that shock wave is trying to provoke — discuss with operator). Wear clothing that allows access to the target area. Hydrate well before. Cancellation <24h before is 500 CZK.
