About this treatment
Studio Náskok's massage programme is delivered by trained therapists in the studio's manual-therapy suite. The menu covers standard sports / relaxation massage at 30, 60, and 90 minutes, plus specialised lymphatic / cupping massage at 60 and 90 minutes. Massage is positioned as a complement to the studio's other regeneration modalities — used post-physio, post-training, or as standalone manual therapy.
Standard massage uses techniques drawn from sports massage, Swedish massage, and deep-tissue work, adapted to the client's tolerance and goals (recovery, pain relief, relaxation, performance prep). Lymphatic / cupping massage adds either lymphatic-drainage technique (light pressure, directed strokes toward lymph nodes) or silicone / glass cupping for myofascial release and circulation stimulation.
All sessions are 1-on-1 with the therapist for the booked duration. Choice of focus areas is discussed at the start of the session. Cancellation <24h before is 500 CZK.

Who is this for?

Preparation required
