Studio Náskok's physiotherapy programme is delivered by trained physiotherapists working as part of a registered healthcare facility (registrované zdravotnické zařízení). Sessions combine manual therapy, soft-tissue work, exercise prescription, and integration with the studio's adjunct modalities — local cryotherapy, shock wave (focused or radial), HILT laser, EMTT magnetic therapy, and HBOT — for a multi-modality regenerative approach. Indications cover the standard musculoskeletal range: post-injury rehab (sports and accidental), chronic pain (neck, lower back, shoulder, hip, knee), tendinopathies (tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, Achilles), post-surgical rehabilitation, postural and movement dysfunction, and headache / TMJ-related muscular pain. The studio also offers functional foot diagnostics (plantar pressure / gait analysis) and custom orthotic insole fabrication as a bundled product. The physio rooms are set up for both manual therapy on a treatment table and active rehab with floor space, bands, and bodyweight equipment. Kineziotaping (KT tape application) is sold as an add-on by the 20 cm strip. All treatments are private 1-on-1 with the physiotherapist for the booked duration. Cancellation <24h before incurs a 500 CZK fee. The bundled product combines the 55-minute functional foot diagnostic with on-site custom insole fabrication (~30 min) — both delivered in a single appointment. The flow: 1. Static and dynamic plantar pressure measurement (~15 min) 2. Gait analysis and movement screen (~20 min) 3. Structural foot evaluation and clinical reasoning (~20 min) 4. Custom insole fabrication based on the diagnostic findings (~30 min) The insole is built to address the specific findings of the diagnostic — arch support, posting, metatarsal pad, or shock-absorption depending on the case. Insoles are typically thermoformable EVA or composite. They fit standard adult footwear and can be transferred between shoes. Clients leave with a clinical report and finished insoles. Follow-up review can be booked as a 30-minute physio appointment if adjustments are needed after wear-in.
