Tooth-coloured crowns that cap a damaged, heavily filled or root-treated tooth to restore its shape, strength and appearance. Inlays and onlays are available where a crown would remove more tooth than necessary, and temporary crowns protect the tooth between visits.

A dental crown is a custom-made cap that covers a tooth entirely, rebuilding it when it is too broken down, cracked or heavily filled to be restored with a simple filling, or to protect a tooth after root canal treatment. The process usually takes two visits.
