Once a dental implant has integrated with the bone, a crown is attached to it to complete the tooth. At Stomatologia Słubice the implant crown is made from zirconia for strength and a natural appearance, in the same Pritidenta and Zirkonzahn systems used for conventional crowns, plus a premium Bionic option. This stage is quoted separately from the implant fixture so the cost of each part of the implant treatment is clear.
About this treatment
An implant crown is the visible, tooth-shaped part of an implant restoration. After an implant fixture has been placed and has integrated with the jawbone, an abutment connects the implant to a custom crown that is colour-matched to the neighbouring teeth, restoring appearance and the ability to bite and chew on that tooth.
