Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth that is too damaged, decayed or loose to save, or that is causing crowding or infection. Stomatologia Chrobrego carries out straightforward extractions from 200 zł and surgical removals — including impacted wisdom teeth — for more difficult cases. The procedure is done under local anaesthetic, with computer-controlled anaesthesia and inhalation sedation offered for nervous patients.
About this treatment
An extraction removes a tooth from its socket in the jaw. It is recommended when a tooth cannot be restored — because of extensive decay, fracture, advanced gum disease or a failed root treatment — or to remove problematic wisdom teeth and, occasionally, to relieve crowding. Although keeping natural teeth is always the first aim, a timely extraction can stop pain, clear infection and protect the neighbouring teeth and gums.
At Stomatologia Chrobrego simple extractions of fully erupted teeth are performed under local anaesthetic by loosening and lifting the tooth out, usually quickly and with little discomfort. More complex cases — teeth broken at the gum line, roots that need sectioning, or impacted wisdom teeth lying under the gum or bone — are handled as surgical extractions, which may involve a small incision and stitches and are priced higher to reflect the work…
