A dental implant replaces a missing tooth with a small titanium post placed into the jawbone, which then supports a crown once it has integrated. At Stomatologia Chrobrego the surgical placement is carried out in-house, with digital and panoramic X-ray for planning and computer-controlled or inhalation sedation available for comfort. Implants suit single gaps or several missing teeth and are a fixed alternative to bridges and removable dentures.

A dental implant is a small screw-shaped titanium post that acts as an artificial tooth root. It is placed into the jawbone where a tooth is missing and, over the following weeks, the surrounding bone bonds to its surface in a process called osseointegration. Once stable, the implant is fitted with an abutment and a crown, giving a fixed replacement that looks and functions much like a natural tooth without affecting the neighbouring teeth. At Stomatologia Chrobrego implant treatment begins with an examination and imaging — point and panoramic digital X-rays are taken on site — to assess bone volume and plan the position. The surgical placement is performed under local anaesthetic, with computer-controlled (Soan) anaesthesia or inhalation sedation offered for anxious patients. After a healing period the practice provides the prosthetic restoration, typically a ceramic implant crown, as a separate stage. Implants may be suitable for a single missing tooth, several gaps, or to stabilise a denture, and are associated with preserving jawbone and avoiding the need to prepare adjacent teeth as a bridge would. Suitability depends on gum health, bone availability and general health, all of which the dentist reviews beforehand. As a private (non-NFZ) treatment, implant plans can be spread over instalments through MediRaty financing.
