A dental examination is the starting point for any treatment at STARDENT: the dentist checks the teeth, gums and bite, identifies any problems and explains the options. A standard check-up is 150 zł and is waived when you go on to have another treatment the same visit, while a more detailed specialist consultation with a written plan is 200 zł. Diagnostic X-rays are an affordable 20 zł.

A thorough examination is the foundation of good dental care. At STARDENT the dentist reviews your dental history and any concerns, examines the teeth for decay, cracks and failing fillings, checks the health of the gums and supporting bone, and assesses the bite and any existing crowns, bridges or dentures. Where needed, a low-dose diagnostic X-ray (20 zł) reveals problems hidden between teeth or below the gumline, such as decay, infection at the root or bone loss. The standard examination and advice is 150 zł, and the clinic waives this fee when you proceed with another treatment during the same visit — so a planned appointment effectively includes the check-up. For more complex situations — for example planning implants, multiple crowns or a full-mouth rehabilitation — a specialist consultation with a written treatment plan is available for 200 zł, setting out the recommended sequence and the costs involved. This is especially useful for patients travelling from Germany or elsewhere who want to understand the plan and budget before committing, and STARDENT's fully published price list supports that transparency. Local anaesthetic for any subsequent treatment is included at no charge. The dentist explains findings in plain terms and agrees the next steps with you, and can advise on how often you should return for review based on your individual risk.
