Specialist Skin Clinic offers consultant-level dermatology consultations conducted by three FAMS (Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine Singapore) certified dermatologists: Dr Cheong Wai Kwong (FRCP Edin, Dip Ven London), Dr Phay Ken-Lin (Dip Derm London), and Dr Neoh Ching Yin (MRCP UK). Each consultation involves a thorough skin examination, clinical history review, and diagnosis, followed by a personalised treatment plan. The scope covers the full breadth of dermatological conditions — from chronic inflammatory diseases such as eczema, psoriasis, and urticaria, to skin infections, hair and scalp disorders (alopecia, dandruff), vitiligo, and skin malignancies. Cosmetic concerns including acne scarring, pigmentation, and skin texture are also addressed within the consultation framework, with the treating dermatologist advising on appropriate medical or procedural interventions. Paediatric dermatology consultations are available for children experiencing atopic dermatitis, persistent rashes, birthmarks, and other childhood skin conditions. As an MOH-accredited specialist practice, Specialist Skin Clinic's consultations are eligible for Medisave claims under approved indications, and specialist referral letters from a GP are accepted. The clinic operates Monday to Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am–1:00 pm.
