Platelet-rich plasma and fibrin (PRP/PRF) use a small sample of your own blood, concentrated to its growth factors, to support tissue repair. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) are prepared by drawing a small sample of your own blood and spinning it in a centrifuge to concentrate the platelets and the growth factors they contain.
