About this treatment
Root canal treatment removes infected or dying pulp tissue from inside a tooth, disinfects the canal system and seals it — saving teeth that would otherwise need extraction. Modern rotary (machine-assisted) instrumentation with electronic apex location makes treatment faster, more predictable and more comfortable than older hand-filing techniques.
