Type
Full Body Checkup
Duration
2 hours
Mid-tier preventive programme building on the Check-Up Plus with spirometry for lung function, abdominal ultrasound covering liver, kidneys, spleen, and gallbladder, and thyroid ultrasound. All Plus components are included. The appointment concludes with a comprehensive findings report and a personalised health plan tailored to the individual's risk profile.
The Check-Up Premium extends the Plus tier with imaging and respiratory diagnostics that provide a substantially deeper view of organ health. Abdominal ultrasound examines the liver for fatty infiltration or structural anomalies, the kidneys for size and cortical thickness, the spleen for enlargement, and the gallbladder for stones or polyps — all common findings that are frequently asymptomatic until advanced stages. Thyroid ultrasound adds structural evaluation to the TSH blood marker, detecting nodules, cysts, or volume changes that blood work alone cannot reveal. In Germany, where iodine deficiency historically affects thyroid health, structural screening is particularly relevant. Spirometry measures forced vital capacity and expiratory flow rates, identifying obstructive or restrictive lung patterns that may indicate early COPD, asthma, or other pulmonary conditions. The full blood panel, resting EKG, body composition analysis, and vaccination review from the Plus tier are all retained. What distinguishes the Premium tier is the personalised health plan delivered alongside the comprehensive findings report — the physician maps laboratory and imaging results against the patient's age, lifestyle, and family history to create targeted recommendations for follow-up intervals, lifestyle modifications, and any specialist referrals warranted by the findings.
