Skinly Aesthetics offers the HydraFacial MD in three tiers — Signature, Deluxe, and Platinum — using the patented Vortex-Fusion handpiece to deliver a multistep skincare treatment in a single, uninterrupted session without the need for any recovery time. The foundation of all three tiers is the same four-step Vortex-Fusion sequence: the first step uses a glycolic and salicylic acid tip to exfoliate dead keratinocytes from the skin surface and begin mild chemical resurfacing of the outer epidermis; the second step applies a brightening and clarifying serum to prepare the skin and improve pore openness; the third step uses the vacuum-powered vortex extraction mode to simultaneously suction out blackheads, sebaceous plugs, and comedone debris from follicle openings while infusing a salicylic acid and botanical blend that loosens congestion from within; the fourth step delivers the primary active serum infusion — a combination of hyaluronic acid for hydration, growth factor peptides, and antioxidants — via the same vortex handpiece, maximising penetration into the freshly opened and cleansed pore channels. The Signature tier covers this four-step sequence and runs approximately thirty minutes. The Deluxe tier ($299) adds an LED light therapy module post-treatment — red light (630–660nm) to stimulate collagen synthesis and improve skin tone, or blue light (415nm) for its antibacterial action on acne-causing P. acnes bacteria. The Platinum tier ($399) adds lymphatic drainage massage using the Lymphastim handpiece before the HydraFacial protocol — designed to reduce puffiness, improve circulation, and enhance the clearance of waste products from the skin before actives are applied — and upgrades the infusion serum to include premium growth factor boosters. All three tiers are suitable for all skin types and Fitzpatrick classifications, including sensitive skin and rosacea-prone complexions, as the Vortex-Fusion tips are atraumatic.
