Profhilo is a high-concentration, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid bio-remodeler injected at specific anatomical points on the face, neck, décolletage, or hands. Unlike volumising fillers, it does not add bulk — instead it spreads across the tissue plane, stimulating fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin and rehydrating the dermis from within. At Skinderm Ostrava, licensed dermatologists administer 2.0 ml per session using the five-point BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) injection technique, with a second session one month later to consolidate the remodelling effect.
About this treatment
Profhilo contains one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid available in an injectable product — 64 mg per 2 ml — yet it is non-crosslinked, meaning the HA chains remain in their natural non-modified form. When injected into the dermis and sub-dermis, it flows through the tissue rather than staying localised, creating a bio-stimulating wave that hydrates, firms, and gradually improves skin laxity over the course of weeks.
The treatment protocol at Skinderm follows the standard BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) approach: five points per side of the face, spaced to cover cheeks, cheekbones, chin, and jawline in a single session of approximately 30 minutes.
