Hair mesotherapy at Skinderm Ostrava uses Dermaheal — a cocktail of stem cell extracts, growth factors, and biotin — injected directly into the scalp at the follicular level to revitalise dormant or weakened follicles and support active hair growth. The procedure combines scalp microinjections with a cryotherapy spray to stimulate the scalp's microcirculation and improve nutrient delivery to follicle roots. A standard course involves 5 sessions administered once or twice weekly, with results measurable within 6–8 weeks as reduced shedding and visible regrowth.

Mesotherapy for hair loss works by delivering bioactive compounds past the scalp's stratum corneum — a barrier that blocks most topically applied products — and placing them directly at the dermal papilla where follicle metabolism takes place. Dermaheal, the product used at Skinderm, contains a combination of stem cell conditioned medium, multiple growth factors (including EGF, IGF, VEGF analogues), biotin (vitamin B7), amino acids, and minerals. Individually, each component has some evidence for supporting follicle survival or growth signalling; in the Dermaheal formulation they are combined at concentrations intended to act synergistically on the follicle cell populations.
