Vivace combines microneedling with radiofrequency energy delivered into the skin to tighten laxity and improve texture more powerfully than microneedling alone. The radiofrequency heats the deeper dermis to stimulate collagen and firm the skin, making it well suited to early jowls, crêpey skin and the neck.
