Microneedling with the Dermapen device uses a cluster of fine needles oscillating at high speed to create thousands of precise micro-channels in the skin. These tiny, controlled injuries trigger the body's natural wound-healing response, prompting fresh collagen and elastin production that firms the skin and refines its surface over the following weeks. The micro-channels also allow active serums applied during treatment to penetrate far more effectively.

At Skin Spa the skin is cleansed and a numbing cream applied before treatment, which takes around thirty to forty-five minutes depending on the area.
