Morpheus8 by InMode combines fractional microneedling with bipolar radiofrequency energy delivered at programmable depths to remodel collagen, tighten skin, reduce acne scars, and address laxity on the face, neck, and body. New clients receive $250 off their first Morpheus8 session. Minimal downtime — mild redness and swelling typically resolve within two to three days. A course of two to three sessions is recommended.
Morpheus8 by InMode is a subdermal fractional radiofrequency device used at Sculpt DTLA for skin remodelling and tightening on both the face and body. The device uses a 24-pin gold-coated microneedle array that penetrates to programmable depths from 0.5 mm for superficial dermal work up to 7 mm for subdermal fat remodelling on the body. At the selected depth, bipolar radiofrequency energy is discharged at the needle tips, creating controlled zones of thermal coagulation in the dermis and subdermal tissue. This thermal injury initiates a robust wound-healing response characterised by fibroblast proliferation, new collagen and elastin synthesis, and extracellular matrix remodelling — with the result that skin gradually thickens, tightens, and improves in texture over six to twelve weeks following treatment. The Burst Mode feature delivers RF energy sequentially at three different depths in a single needle insertion, layering the thermal effect across multiple tissue planes in one pass for greater efficiency. For facial applications at Sculpt DTLA, Morpheus8 targets skin laxity in the mid-face, jowl, and neck, fine textural irregularities, enlarged pores, and acne scars — particularly the atrophic subtypes (rolling and boxcar scars) that respond to subdermal volumising from below as new collagen fills in the depression. For body applications, the 7 mm depth capability allows treatment of subdermal tissue on the abdomen, inner arms, and inner thighs, where it can remodel fat architecture and skin laxity simultaneously. Sculpt DTLA offers new clients $250 off their first Morpheus8 session. Post-treatment findings include mild redness, pinpoint bleeding at needle entry sites, and mild swelling — all of which typically resolve within two to three days. A course of two to three sessions spaced four to six weeks apart is recommended for the best cumulative collagen remodelling outcome.
