Chequeo Integral

The Chequeo Integral builds on every component of the Classic programme and adds the diagnostic depth needed for a thorough annual health assessment. The most significant additions are imaging and laboratory tests that screen for conditions the basic programme cannot detect.

An echocardiogram provides real-time ultrasound imaging of the heart's structure and function, evaluating chamber dimensions, valve function, and ejection fraction — information that a resting ECG alone cannot reveal. Abdominal ultrasound examines the liver, gallbladder, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, and aorta, identifying structural abnormalities such as cysts, stones, fatty liver, or aneurysms that may be entirely asymptomatic.

The expanded blood panel introduces tumour markers alongside thyroid function tests (TSH and related hormones) and hepatitis B and C serology. Tumour markers are screening tools that, while not diagnostic on their own, may prompt further investigation when elevated.
