The Chequeo Full Body represents a significant step up from conventional health screening by placing advanced cross-sectional imaging at the centre of the assessment. Where the Classic and Integral programmes rely primarily on blood work and basic imaging, this programme uses MRI and CT to examine the body's internal structures with far greater sensitivity and specificity. The full-body MRI provides a systematic survey of soft tissues, organs, and the musculoskeletal system across multiple body regions, offering the ability to detect structural abnormalities, masses, or inflammatory changes that blood tests and ultrasound may miss entirely. A dedicated brain MRI evaluates cerebral structure, including screening for aneurysms, space-occupying lesions, and white matter changes. Low-dose chest CT surpasses standard chest X-ray in detecting small pulmonary nodules and early-stage lung pathology. Coronary CT with calcium scoring quantifies calcified plaque in the coronary arteries, providing a direct measure of atherosclerotic burden that is associated with cardiovascular event risk over the following five to ten years. This is particularly valuable for individuals with intermediate cardiovascular risk profiles where traditional risk calculators may underestimate true risk. Abdominal-pelvic ultrasound complements the MRI findings with real-time imaging of the solid organs.
