Preparation required
No fasting required. Avoid blood-thinning medications (aspirin, ibuprofen) for 3–5 days before if possible — this reduces bruising at the injection sites. Arrive with clean skin or clean scalp depending on the treatment area. Mild swelling and redness at injection sites resolves within 24–48 hours.
