Initial Aesthetic Consultation

The initial aesthetic consultation at Sanatorium ART is a physician-led appointment at which no treatment is performed. It is the required first step before any surgical procedure (plastic surgery, blepharoplasty, liposuction, etc.) and is strongly recommended before any injectable treatment (botulinum toxin, fillers, mesotherapy) or laser procedure. For surgical consultations, this appointment also serves as the pre-operative assessment.

During the consultation the physician will review the client's medical and aesthetic history, examine the area(s) of concern, and present the available treatment options — including both surgical and non-surgical approaches where both exist. For surgical candidates, the physician will outline the procedure, anaesthesia requirements, expected recovery, risks, and realistic outcomes. Sanatorium ART charges 500 Kč for the consultation. This fee is deducted from the cost of any same-day treatment if the client proceeds; it is not refundable if no treatment takes place. For surgical procedures the consultation appointment may be followed by a waiting period while arrangements are finalised; for laser and injectable treatments the procedure can often be performed immediately after the consultation.
