  • Microscope-assisted cleaning and shaping of the canals

Root canal treatment carried out under a dental operating microscope to save a tooth whose nerve is infected or inflamed. The high magnification lets the dentist find and clean every canal precisely, which is associated with more predictable outcomes. The fee depends on how many canals the tooth has, from a single front-tooth canal to complex molars, with a clear per-canal price published before treatment begins.

About this treatment

Endodontic treatment at Salvus IDC is performed under a dental operating microscope, which magnifies and brightly illuminates the inside of the tooth so the dentist can locate, clean and shape even fine or hidden canals that are easy to miss with the naked eye. The aim is to remove infected or inflamed pulp tissue, disinfect the canal system and seal it, relieving pain and keeping a natural tooth that would otherwise need extraction.

The tooth is numbed and isolated with a rubber dam to keep the field clean and dry. The dentist removes the diseased pulp, measures and shapes the canals, irrigates thoroughly to disinfect them and fills the space to seal it against re-infection. Because molars have more canals than front teeth, the clinic prices the work transparently by canal count — from a single canal up to four or more — with a modest hourly supplement for unusually complex anatomy,…
