Upper Eyelid Surgery (Blepharoplasty)

Upper eyelid blepharoplasty corrects drooping or heavy upper eyelids caused by excess skin and, in some cases, a prolapsed fat pad that creates a puffy appearance. The condition is extremely common from the mid-thirties onward and can progress to partially obstruct the visual field in advanced cases. RVmedCentrum performs the procedure using an RF (radiofrequency) scalpel — a technological advantage over conventional blade surgery. The RF scalpel simultaneously cuts and coagulates, resulting in less intraoperative bleeding, more precise tissue removal, and a cleaner surgical field.
