REJURAN Skin Regeneration (Polynucleotides)

REJURAN is a bio-stimulatory injectable made from polynucleotides (PN) derived from salmon gonad DNA. At RVmedCentrum it is used for facial skin regeneration, under-eye rejuvenation, scar improvement, and hand treatment. The polynucleotide chains stimulate fibroblast activity, increasing collagen and elastin production while reducing inflammation and restoring the skin's barrier function. Three formulations are available: Healer for face and body, I for the delicate eye area, and S for acne scars and other scarring.

REJURAN is a polynucleotide (PN) skin bio-stimulator developed in South Korea and backed by clinical studies showing improvements in skin elasticity, hydration, and wound healing. The active ingredient is fragments of salmon DNA — a source chosen because salmon polynucleotides have a particularly high affinity for human skin cells and stimulate fibroblast regeneration without triggering an immune response. Unlike hyaluronic acid fillers, which primarily add volume, REJURAN works at the cellular level to improve the skin's intrinsic quality: increasing collagen and elastin synthesis, reducing chronic inflammation in aged or damaged skin, and repairing the skin barrier. The result is a gradual, natural improvement in skin texture, radiance, and resilience rather than an immediate volumising effect. RVmedCentrum offers three REJURAN formulations: - **REJURAN Healer** (6,900 Kč): broad bio-stimulation for the face, neck, and décolletage. Most commonly used for overall anti-aging and skin quality improvement. - **REJURAN I** (6,000 Kč): formulated specifically for the delicate periorbital area (under the eyes) and the backs of the hands, where the skin is too thin for standard filler approaches. - **REJURAN S** (6,000 Kč): a thicker formulation for intradermal use in acne scars and other scarring, promoting scar remodelling from below. EMLA numbing cream is applied 20 to 30 minutes before treatment. Microinjections are administered across the treatment area using fine needles or an injector pen. Mild redness and small bumps at injection points are normal and resolve within 24 to 48 hours; makeup should be avoided for 48 hours. A series of 3 sessions at 2 to 4 week intervals is recommended for the initial treatment course, followed by maintenance sessions every 6 to 12 months.
