PhilArt NEXT Polynucleotides (Face, Neck & Décolletage)

PhilArt NEXT is an Austrian medical-grade bio-stimulatory gel combining polynucleotides and hyaluronic acid in a 1:1 ratio, administered by RVmedCentrum physicians using the VIS injection device for precise uniform distribution. It bio-stimulates the mesodermis of the face, neck, décolletage, and hands — as well as stretch marks and acne scars — improving elasticity, hydration, and skin quality. PhilArt NEXT is a next-generation biostimulator from Austria that combines two active ingredients — medical-grade polynucleotides (PN) and hyaluronic acid — in equal concentration. The polynucleotide component stimulates fibroblasts to produce new collagen and elastin, while the hyaluronic acid provides immediate hydration and structural support to the mesodermis. The combination is designed to be greater than either ingredient alone. At RVmedCentrum, PhilArt NEXT is injected using the VIS (Vital Injector) device — a multi-needle applicator that distributes the gel uniformly across the treatment area at precise depth and spacing, ensuring consistent coverage without the uneven results that can occur with manual microinjection technique. This device-assisted approach also reduces procedure time and patient discomfort. The treatment addresses the face, neck, décolletage, and hands as standard areas. It also has documented effectiveness for stretch marks and acne scars, where intradermal bio-stimulation can partially remodel scar tissue over a series of sessions. EMLA numbing cream is applied 30 minutes before the treatment. The microinjections themselves take approximately 30 minutes. Tiny injection points are visible for 2 to 3 days post-treatment; makeup may be applied from the next day.
