Endospheres Cellulite Reduction (AkBody)

The AkBody device uses Compressive Microvibration® — a patented technology from the Endospheres system — that delivers low-frequency vibrations via a series of small rotating spheres in the handpiece. As the device is moved across the treatment area, these spheres simultaneously compress and vibrate the tissue at specific frequencies, producing three clinically studied mechanical effects:

1. 1 Lipolysis stimulation: the compressive microvibration disrupts the fibrous septae that trap fat cells and create the dimpled appearance of cellulite, releasing the compartmentalised fat cell clusters
2. 2 Lymphatic drainage: the mechanical stimulation of lymphatic vessels accelerates the clearance of interstitial fluid and metabolic waste products, reducing the puffiness and heaviness associated with chronic fluid retention
3. 3 Skin quality improvement: the repeated mechanical stimulation over a course of sessions promotes increased skin elasticity and tissue tone

The treatment areas include the abdomen, thighs, calves, hips, and buttocks — the standard cellulite-prone zones — as well as the back and arms by request.
