RVmedCentrum offers three surgical approaches to brow and forehead lifting depending on the degree of descent and patient anatomy. The direct brow lift addresses localised brow ptosis through a short incision above the brow; the temporal brow lift lifts the outer brow through hairline incisions; and the forehead lift elevates the full brow and forehead for the most comprehensive result. All are performed under local anaesthesia as outpatient procedures.
About this treatment
Brow descent is one of the earliest signs of facial aging, causing a tired or heavy-eyed appearance even when upper eyelid skin itself is still relatively youthful. RVmedCentrum offers three distinct surgical options to address it at different price points and with different scopes.
The direct brow lift places a short incision just above the brow, directly excising a small ellipse of skin to elevate the brow. This is the most targeted approach and creates a well-hidden scar within the brow hair. It is best for patients with localised descent of one or both brows.
The temporal brow lift lifts the outer portion of the brow through incisions within the temporal hairline, addressing the outer brow descent that creates a downward slant to the eye. This approach refreshes the eye area without altering the entire forehead.

Who is this for?
Adults with brow descent causing a tired or heavy-eyed appearance, or with forehead wrinkles that are not adequately addressed by botulinum toxin alone
Preparation required
