Botulinum toxin injections at RVmedCentrum are performed by specialist physicians with 17+ years of clinical experience using only certified original preparations. The treatment relaxes overactive facial muscles responsible for expression lines — forehead furrows, the frown line between the brows, and crow's feet around the eyes. There is no downtime and patients can return to normal activities immediately. Three variants are available: classical botox at full dose, Baby-Botox at half dose for younger patients with fine lines, and Mezo-Botox applied superficially to the neck, décolletage, and hands.
About this treatment
Botulinum toxin works by temporarily blocking the nerve signals that cause specific facial muscles to contract. When applied to expression lines — wrinkles that form only when the face moves — this creates a smoothed, refreshed appearance without affecting facial expressiveness when performed correctly and conservatively.

Preparation required
Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements for 24 hours beforehand. Arrive with clean skin. Do not massage or apply pressure to treated areas for 4 hours after the procedure.
