This sample is processed in a centrifuge to separate the blood components, isolating the platelet-rich fraction that contains concentrated growth factors including PDGF (platelet-derived growth factor), TGF-beta (transforming growth factor), VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor), and EGF (epidermal growth factor). These growth factors play essential roles in tissue repair and regeneration.
