A custom series of removable transparent aligners is produced from a 3D scan of the teeth; each foil is worn continuously for about 7 days (removed only for eating and brushing) and progressively moves the teeth into the planned position. Treatment can usually start within 6 weeks of the 3D scan. Progress is tracked between visits with the AI-based Dental Monitoring smartphone app, so in-office check-ups are typically needed only once every three months. How treatment works
After an initial orthodontic consultation, a 3D digital scan of the dentition is taken and a complete digital treatment plan is built — with Spark, patients can preview the projected final smile before starting. A custom series of aligners is manufactured; the number of foils depends on case complexity. Adults with Czech public insurance pay 102,500 / 127,500 / 145,000 Kč respectively.
