The initial orthodontic consultation at Rovnátka Praha is the entry point to clear-aligner treatment. The orthodontist examines the teeth and bite, explains the available treatment options — including Spark and Invisalign foil aligners — and estimates the expected treatment duration. The treatment coordinator then presents the aligner types in detail, sets the exact price for the proposed plan, and explains the staged payment and financing options. Online booking is available for adults and children from 12 years; younger children are booked by phone. Consultations in English or German require the patient to bring an interpreter.

Clinical assessment
MUDr. Ondřej Suchý or MDDr. Barbora Nedvědová examines the dentition and bite, discusses what the patient wants to change about their smile, and explains which treatment options are realistic — from near-invisible Spark and Invisalign foil aligners (the clinic's recommended option for most adults) to auxiliary appliances for more complex bites. The doctor also gives an estimate of how long straightening will take for the specific case.
