The practice offers a tiered range of techniques suited to different degrees of facial ageing and patient goals. The SculptLift™ is the clinic's proprietary advanced facelift approach, developed by Dr. Daniel Rousso over his career, which combines structural repositioning of the SMAS (superficial muscular aponeurotic system) with volumetric sculpting to restore the three-dimensional contours of youth rather than simply pulling skin tight — it addresses jowling, midface ptosis, and neck laxity while maintaining natural facial expression and avoiding the 'operated look' that characterises older techniques. The deep plane facelift lifts both the skin and the underlying SMAS layer as a single composite unit, releasing retaining ligaments in the mid-face to allow true repositioning of ptotic tissues rather than skin-only tightening; this technique is considered the gold standard for patients with significant midface descent and jowling. The traditional facelift addresses SMAS separately from the overlying skin, producing reliable improvement in jowls and the lower face. The mini lift is suited to patients with early jowling and milder laxity who prefer a shorter recovery period. AccuLift is a minimally invasive laser-assisted lipolysis technique using a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser fibre introduced through small access points to dissolve submental and jowl fat while the thermal energy also stimulates skin contraction — appropriate for patients who are not yet ready for a surgical facelift but have localised fat excess and early laxity. All facelift procedures are performed under MAC (monitored anaesthesia care / twilight sedation) rather than general anaesthesia, which reduces recovery burden and anaesthesia-related risk.
