Resilienz Clinic's psychiatric assessment is the gateway to personalised mental health care for adults, adolescents, and children. Led by Consultant Psychiatrists Dr Thomas Lee and Dr Lau Khai Ying, the initial psychiatric evaluation is a thorough clinical interview exploring presenting symptoms, medical history, lifestyle factors, and psychological background. The assessment covers the full range of psychiatric conditions managed at the clinic: depression, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, OCD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, PTSD, adjustment disorder, sleep disorders, addiction, and resilience-related burnout. Where relevant, standardised psychometric tools (e.g. PHQ-9, GAD-7, MINI, Conners scales for ADHD) are used to supplement the clinical picture. Following assessment, a management plan is developed collaboratively with the patient — which may include pharmacological treatment, psychological therapy referral within the multidisciplinary team, lifestyle recommendations, or combined approaches. The clinic's integrated model means psychiatrists and clinical psychologists work side-by-side, enabling seamless escalation or de-escalation of care intensity without requiring a referral to another provider. This is a private-pay specialist consultation; referral letters from GPs are welcome but not required. Medical reports and specialist letters can be provided on request.
