Renomé Clinic offers liposuction across eight named body zones using four technologies: tumescent, vibration-assisted (PAL), ultrasound-assisted (UAL), and water-assisted (WAL/body-jet) liposuction. The surgeon selects the technique according to the zone, fat character, and skin quality — vibration assistance for fibrous areas, ultrasound for denser fat and secondary procedures, and water-assisted lipo where the harvested fat is intended for transfer (the clinic also performs fat transfer to the breasts, face, and buttocks). Procedures on smaller zones are performed under local tumescent anaesthesia; larger or multi-zone sessions under general anaesthesia. Patients wear compression garments for several weeks, with final contour visible at around three months.
About this treatment
Liposuction permanently removes localised fat deposits that resist diet and exercise — it is a body-contouring procedure, not a weight-loss method, and works best in patients near a stable weight with discrete problem zones.

Tumescent liposuction (from 25,000 Kč): The foundational modern technique. Large volumes of dilute anaesthetic and adrenaline solution are infiltrated into the fat layer, which numbs the zone, shrinks blood vessels, and allows gentle aspiration with minimal blood loss. Smaller zones can be treated awake under local anaesthesia.
