Renomé Clinic's dermatology department performs laser skin rejuvenation on the medical-grade Fotona platform, combining non-ablative deep heating and fractional resurfacing modes in protocols tailored to the patient's skin. Fractional treatment creates microscopic columns of controlled injury that the surrounding intact skin heals rapidly, triggering collagen remodelling that improves texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, acne scarring, and overall tone. Gentler non-ablative passes tighten and stimulate with minimal downtime. Sessions take 30–60 minutes; depending on intensity, downtime ranges from a few hours of redness to several days of mild peeling.

About this treatment

Laser rejuvenation closes the gap between skincare (too superficial for structural change) and surgery (more intervention than skin texture requires). The Fotona platform used at Renomé Clinic is one of the most versatile medical laser systems available, combining Nd:YAG (1064 nm, deep-penetrating) and Er:YAG (2940 nm, surface-precise) wavelengths.

Treatment modes

Non-ablative tightening: Long-pulse Nd:YAG passes heat the deep dermis to the temperature window where existing collagen contracts and fibroblasts are activated — producing gradual firming with essentially no downtime ('lunch-break' protocol). A course of 3–4 sessions at monthly intervals is standard.
