Renomé Clinic treats submental fullness — the 'double chin' — with injection lipolysis: a fat-dissolving solution (deoxycholic acid–based) injected in a measured grid into the fat pad beneath the chin. The compound disrupts fat-cell membranes; the released fat is then cleared gradually through the lymphatic system over the following weeks, and the destroyed fat cells do not return. Each session takes about 20–30 minutes; expect notable swelling of the area for several days. Two to four sessions typically produce a visibly tighter chin-neck angle in patients with good skin tone.
About this treatment

How it works
The active compound, deoxycholic acid, is a synthetic version of a bile acid the body itself uses to emulsify dietary fat. Injected into subcutaneous fat, it disrupts adipocyte cell membranes (cytolysis).
