Renomé Clinic's corrective dermatology team performs microinjection wrinkle smoothing of mimic lines — forehead creases, frown lines (glabella), and crow's feet — using botulinum toxin administered by physicians. The injections relax the small facial muscles whose repeated contraction etches dynamic wrinkles, smoothing the overlying skin while preserving natural expression when dosed correctly. The session takes 15–30 minutes with no downtime; the effect develops over 3–7 days and lasts three to five months. The clinic also offers hyaluronic and hybrid fillers and facial contour modelling for volume-related concerns, allowing combined liquid-rejuvenation plans within one team.
About this treatment
Dynamic wrinkles — lines that appear or deepen with expression — respond to muscle-relaxing injections rather than skincare or fillers, because their cause is muscular, not dermal.
How it works
Botulinum toxin type A temporarily blocks the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction of the targeted mimic muscles. The muscle's resting tone decreases, the skin above stops being repeatedly folded, and existing dynamic lines soften — while early treatment prevents them from becoming static creases etched into the skin at rest.
