Who is this for?
First-time visitors wanting to try the chamber before committing to a multi-session bundle; rehabilitation patients of REH-AS adding HBOT as an adjunct to physiotherapy or post-surgical recovery; users with general wellness goals (recovery, fatigue, sleep). Preparation required
Avoid alcohol and heavy meals 2–3 hours before. Wear comfortable clothing without metal fastenings or strong fragrances. Inform staff of any cold/flu symptoms — ear-equalisation can be uncomfortable when congested. Bring a water bottle.
