REGEVITA's physiotherapy service takes a multidisciplinary approach to movement health, combining conventional manual therapy with the clinic's suite of regenerative technologies. Sessions last 60 minutes and are conducted by Mgr. Kateřina Benedová — a specialist in chronic and degenerative musculoskeletal conditions with a functional medicine perspective — or Bc. Aryan Berzis Irani, who focuses on movement dysfunction and post-injury rehabilitation. What distinguishes REGEVITA's physiotherapy from a standard clinic is access, within a single appointment, to the Human Regenerator Power Jet (cold atmospheric plasma for tissue repair), icoone Laser (connective tissue stimulation), and Sofwave ultrasound (collagen regeneration) — integrated by the treating physiotherapist according to the patient's current presentation.

Physiotherapy at REGEVITA is structured around the principle that lasting rehabilitation requires both skilled manual intervention and targeted tissue-level regeneration — a combination the clinic enables by housing its technology suite in the same building as its clinical team. Sessions run 60 minutes and begin with a functional movement assessment to identify the primary dysfunction: a movement-plane restriction, a load-transfer deficit, muscle inhibition, or joint mobility impairment. The physiotherapist then designs an in-session sequence that may include joint mobilisation and manipulation, neuromuscular re-education, therapeutic exercise, and — uniquely — one or more of the clinic's regenerative devices where physiologically indicated. The Human Regenerator Power Jet (cold atmospheric plasma) may be applied to inflamed periarticular tissue or post-surgical scars to reduce inflammatory mediator load and stimulate fibroblast activity before manual mobilisation. The icoone Laser, with its dual applicators providing multimicroalveolar stimulation of connective tissue, is used to address fascial densification, lymphatic congestion in oedematous limbs, and superficial connective tissue adhesions that limit range of motion. Sofwave ultrasound, which deposits energy at 0.5–2 mm dermal depth and raises tissue temperature to 65–70°C, can be used to stimulate collagen remodelling in tendinopathic insertions or skin overlying areas of chronic inflammation. Conditions regularly managed at REGEVITA include chronic low-back and neck pain, degenerative joint disease, post-fracture or post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries (muscle tears, ligament sprains, tendinopathies), and movement impairments associated with neurological conditions. The team works in close collaboration with MUDr. Pavel Mendrek (orthopaedics) and MUDr. Jiřík (osteopathy), so complex cases can be co-managed without the patient having to travel between clinics. Patients are typically seen for an initial assessment followed by a course of 6–10 sessions; maintenance sessions (monthly or as needed) are available once the primary rehabilitation goal is met. The 1 950 Kč session price includes use of all relevant technologies as chosen by the physiotherapist — there is no additional charge for incorporating the Human Regenerator, icoone, or Sofwave into the session.
