Ray of Health is a specialist orthopaedic and sports medicine clinic in Singapore led by Dr James Tan Chung Hui, a fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon with over ten years of experience in sports surgery and exercise medicine. The clinic operates from two locations — Camden Medical Centre at Orchard and Mount Alvernia Hospital — providing accessible specialist care across the island. Ray of Health focuses on helping patients recover from joint pain, sports injuries, overuse conditions, and age-related wear and tear through evidence-based treatments that prioritise return-to-activity outcomes.
