A 150-plus biomarker female health assessment covering 17 clinical categories including female hormones, full blood count, heart health, liver and kidney function, thyroid, diabetes screening, bone health, and nutritional status. Includes a free retest at six months and results available from two hours.
The Everywoman panel mirrors the breadth of the Everyman assessment but is configured around female-specific physiology — reproductive hormones, iron metabolism patterns, and bone density risk factors that differ meaningfully from their male equivalents. Over 150 data points are collected from a single 30-minute blood draw. The female hormone component covers oestradiol, progesterone, FSH, LH, and related markers, providing a snapshot of reproductive endocrine function that is relevant whether the goal is fertility planning, cycle regulation, or monitoring perimenopause. Timing within the menstrual cycle affects interpretation — days 2 to 5 are recommended for the most clinically useful hormonal baseline, and hormonal contraception may influence certain results. Iron status is given particular attention, as iron deficiency is substantially more prevalent in menstruating women and can drive fatigue and reduced performance well before frank anaemia develops. Heart health, thyroid function, diabetes screening, liver and kidney markers, and a full blood count provide the organ-system coverage that forms the backbone of any serious health assessment. The allergy evaluation and nutritional health components add value for women experiencing symptoms that may have dietary or deficiency-related causes. An optional AMH add-on is available for those interested in ovarian reserve data. Results arrive through the Randox Health app from two hours, with a complimentary six-month retest included.
