Unlike standard annual check-ups, this assessment is designed as a deep diagnostic baseline — covering the metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, cognitive, and musculoskeletal domains in a single integrated session. The screening begins with a detailed physician consultation where your health history, lifestyle factors, family risk profile, and personal wellbeing goals are documented. From there, advanced blood panels are drawn to assess lipid fractions, fasting glucose and insulin resistance markers, full thyroid function, inflammatory biomarkers (hs-CRP, homocysteine), liver and kidney function, complete blood count, and key micronutrient levels including vitamin D, B12, magnesium, zinc, and ferritin. Beyond blood work, the assessment typically includes body composition analysis (measuring muscle mass, visceral fat, and bone density), resting metabolic rate assessment, blood pressure and cardiovascular risk profiling, and a physiological performance evaluation. Cognitive screening tools may be incorporated for executive and memory function, particularly for clients with lifestyle or occupational stress exposure. Following the assessment, a longevity physician reviews all findings with you and co-creates a prioritised health optimisation plan.
