Raffles Dental's orthodontics service offers Invisalign clear aligner treatment delivered by accredited orthodontic specialists and trained dental surgeons. Invisalign uses a series of custom-fabricated, removable, clear polyurethane aligner trays to gradually shift teeth into their target position — an increasingly popular alternative to traditional fixed metal braces for adult patients and image-conscious teenagers. The treatment begins with a comprehensive orthodontic assessment including digital impressions (iTero 3D scan) that eliminate the need for traditional impression putty and allow the treating orthodontist to generate a precise ClinCheck digital treatment simulation. Patients can visualise their projected tooth movement and final outcome before committing to treatment. A personalised series of aligners — typically 20–50 sets depending on the complexity of the case — is fabricated and worn in sequence, each for approximately 1–2 weeks. Patients are reviewed every 6–8 weeks to monitor progress and receive the next batch of aligners.
