MRI of the upper and lower abdomen covering liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, and adrenal glands. Radiation-free alternative to CT with superior soft-tissue contrast.
The abdominal MRI at RADTOP provides cross-sectional imaging of the solid and hollow organs within the abdominal cavity. The examination covers the liver (parenchyma, focal lesions, vascular anatomy), gallbladder and bile ducts, pancreas, both kidneys, spleen, and adrenal glands, with breath-hold sequences to reduce motion artefact. Abdominal MRI is particularly valuable for patients who require radiation-free surveillance imaging, those with indeterminate findings on ultrasound, and clinical scenarios where MRI's soft-tissue resolution offers a diagnostic advantage over CT — such as liver lesion characterisation and renal mass evaluation. Contrast enhancement is available at additional cost.
