Radiologie Sachsenhausen GmbH is a Medizinisches Versorgungszentrum (MVZ) for radiology and nuclear medicine, located within Krankenhaus Sachsenhausen on Schulstraße 31 in central Frankfurt, a short walk from the Eiserner Steg. The practice operates a Philips Achieva dStream 1.5 Tesla high-field MRI system equipped with an advanced gradient system and dedicated surface coils, covering brain, spine, joint, abdominal, skeletal, and cardiac MRI, as well as MR angiography, MRCP for bile duct and pancreas imaging, and MR Enteroclysis for small intestine examination. A 256-slice GE Revolution CT with dual-energy capability and AI-assisted reconstruction handles cardiac CT, CT-guided pain therapy, colonography, and thoracic and abdominal aortic imaging. Additional modalities include digital X-ray, digital mammography, ultrasound with colour duplex and elastography, DXA bone density measurement, and a full nuclear medicine suite covering thyroid, bone, cardiac, and renal scintigraphy. The practice accepts statutory health insurance (GKV) on referral, private insurance (PKV), and self-pay patients. Appointment scheduling is available Monday to Friday 07:30–18:00.
