Comprehensive blood test measuring levels of 9 PFAS chemicals associated with certain health risks.

This PFAS blood test measures the levels of 9 PFAS chemicals associated with certain health risks, providing the overall level and each of the 9 individual PFAS levels. The results provide an indication of how much PFAS has entered the body over time. PFAS blood testing does not identify the sources of a person’s exposure or predict future health outcomes. This test assesses PFAS levels at the time of the blood sample collection. This PFAS test is not intended for use in the diagnosis of any disease or other conditions, or for use in the cure, mitigation, or treatment of any disease or condition.

Who Is This For?

Anyone wanting to check specific health markers. People monitoring known conditions or treatment effectiveness. Those who want targeted testing rather than a comprehensive panel. Individuals following up on previous abnormal results or investigating specific symptoms.

What's Included

Specific biomarker measurement as indicated by test name
Lab analysis with reference ranges

Preparation Required

Fasting for 10–12 hours before your appointment is recommended for accurate results (water is fine). Avoid alcohol for 24 hours and intense exercise for 12 hours before the blood draw. Morning appointments are ideal for consistent hormone and glucose readings. The blood draw typically takes 5–10 minutes.

Biomarkers Tested

7
PFHxS (Perfluorohexanesulfonic acid) ng/mL

A PFAS chemical associated with certain health risks.

Linear PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid (n-PFOA)) ng/mL

A PFAS chemical associated with certain health risks.

Branched PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid isomers (Sb-PFOA)) ng/mL

A PFAS chemical associated with certain health risks.

PFDA (Perfluorodecanoic acid) ng/mL

A PFAS chemical associated with certain health risks.

PFUnDA (Perfluoroundecanoic acid) ng/mL

A PFAS chemical associated with certain health risks.

Linear PFOS (Perfluorooctane sulfonic acid (n-PFOS)) ng/mL

A PFAS chemical associated with certain health risks.

LH (Luteinizing Hormone) mIU/mL

Works with FSH to regulate reproductive function. In women, an LH surge triggers ovulation. In men, LH stimulates testosterone production. Abnormal levels can indicate pituitary or gonadal disorders.
